I'll be honest I was nervous because I wanted them delivered to The Premier Inn on NYE for a couples anniversary before we arrived. I put all the instructions with my order online. And I can honestly say they went above and beyond. When our friends got to their room they was over the moon to find this beautiful bouquet sat waiting for them, the flowers looked and smelt amazing. I even received an email to tell me the flowers had been delivered. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

She rang me up on the same afternoon that the flowers were delivered, and was obviously very moved and delighted by our gift. Not only did they deliver beautiful flowers on time they even serenaded my sister in law with Happy Birthday.

I was having problems recording my address when sending flowers to the UK for Christmas. A short email and a quick reply fixed the problem without any delay. Beautiful flowers were delivered exactly as ordered by Petals Florist..
