It is always a bit worrying when ordering flowers on line and be left wondering whether your order will live up to your expectations and cost. Especially when you live a couple of hundred miles away from the shop. I was therefore incredibly impressed when Petals included a photo of the arrangement they had delivered when they sent me there deliverey notification. It is a wonderful touch and other florists should do the same. My five stars are well deserved and I know who to use should I need flowers in your area again.

Florist ran up saying it would be better to delay delivery a day as she got fresh flowers in then. She didn???t need to do that so I was impressed.
